I can’t verify my momo wallet on MoMoApp keep sending me some stupid link that I could not be able to verify

So you have a MoMo App already. If you want to make it better, why not adding those features to the old one, so that we only update it.
Why are you creating a new app altogether?
What does this one do that, the old one cannot?

Just add the so-called new features and update it.

Fix the errors . I have esim but they are saying insert sim. I’ve sent link several times and never received it. Sit up the developers . Do better 👎👎

Clicking the verification link takes me back to MoMoApp Store several times and I get timed out without verification.

I couldn’t find the option for the susu in my savings. The interface looks cool but MoMoApp still needs a fix.

MoMoApp needs more improvements like buying data and other services

The only problem I have with mtn momo app is, I can’t use it if the SIM card is not in the phone. I learnt this new app supports biometric login which I felt excited to try but I’m stuck on the login page. I hope the issue is addressed.

The developers do not deserve salary . How can MoMoApp work when one cannot login ?

I cannot find the yello save option on this new app . You’ve created a new app without adding all the the features and also we should be able to use our pictures as profile picture . The cash out option too isn’t there , it’s there but it doesn’t work , it just tells me to scan. You can do more MTN. MoMoApp is just so empty . The old one is even better . Why launch an app if it’s not ready

I had great hopes for MoMoApp only for them to crashed in a matter of seconds. You have introduced a new app that’s great news but why do we have to download a new app. Why not just add the new features to the old one. Don’t get me wrong the interface is great but the developers need to work on the functionalities. For instance the approval menu does not show approvals for airtime(i.e when you buy multiple data and you don’t want to constantly type your pin in the normal way). That’s is kinda annoying. And don’t get me started on them cash out option. It’s trash. DEVELOPERS NEED TO GET WORK HARDER AND SMARTER

I’m not sure if the developer tested MoMoApp before releasing it. Horrible software which cannot populate contacts easily in the search box. The other momo app is way better than this one unless it’s fine tuned

When I tried to verify my number and they send me sms to tap on the link to verify my number and the link will bring me to App Store to download the momo app again meanwhile I have already downloaded it

AH, Mtn paaaaa, when i finally thought you guys have now houggt it wise to embed bank transactions into one app rather you make me waste my data to download this only to be told i can't be verified “{ "statusCode": 404, "message": "Resource not found" }”
If you know its a text app why then send us a message to download it?
You guys are the cause of the Momo scam, do you know that a smart person can take this as an opportunity and also come up with a similar app to dupe us???

After updating to this new up I can’t access my yello save and it very bad cus if I still have to enter *170# before I can get full service then why should I download MoMoApp

The new MTN app makes transactions easy but I’ve a problem with MoMoApp , I can’t find the column where I can settle my quick-loan debt which makes it a bit challenging.
