Angel Studios Status

Every time we start the app, it freezes, and we can't advance. We have to delete the app and upload it again. We never had this issue before. What is the problem, and how can we resolve it?

Trying to log in. Forgot password but when I tried to recover it won't send me info to email. Says not found

Cannot cast the chosen from the app on Samsung tablet nor Samsung phone. The white casting area at bottom of screen keeps "bouncing" and no devices are coming up. We are able to cast from YouTube just prior and after attempting to cast feom the app.

The original app worked great and could cast to TV. The new app will not cast to tv. If I use smart view on Android it keeps freezing and I have to stop and restart smart view.

I started noticing issues with being kicked off during season 2. For the life of me I don't know why the changed the interface in the first place. At this point, I was planning on paying it forward before starting season 3 (I saw the first two episodes in theater) and after the app updated (yet again), it froze on an image of "Jungle Beat" in the announcements. I would not have clicked on this as I don't have young children. I can only look into the eyes of that goofy elephant. Nothing is happening. Please fix this.

Updated the app, and re watching season 2. plays for a minute then goes to a cover page of Jesus and disciples. Can hear the episode, but only shows the cover page like a picture. Using my iphone. never had problems before the update.

When I loaded the app it gave an option to update it so I just clicked on Update and now it doesn't work. It goes to a black page and then it gives me a message that says: The Chosen - Angel Studi... keeps stopping App info Close app Send Feedback I also have the previous version installed in another cellphone and it works fine but, the newer version does not.

I downloaded the new version app yesterday but this evening it said it had a newer version 12.0 for my android phone but it won't open keeps clicking to Angel Studio black page then turns off i turned off my phone still doesn't work uninstall reinstall doesn't work. Wanted to cast it to my Vizio Smart Tv last night to begin watching season 3 but it would not cast and it used to very upset at this.

When I click on the app it knocks right out. I can't get on the app. I've Uninstalled , rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app. Nothing works. Please fix before the episode 1 on season 3 tonight. I saw it in the theaters and want to see it again. I've never had issues until now.

Yesterday, I watched one episode of the Chosen using my chromecast and it worked perfectly. But, after that one episode, I can no longer watch anything on the Chosen using Chromecast. It lets me click on Chromecast and where to cast... but then comes up with saying "brain Freeze" ..... could not load. I have restarted the TV, uninstsalled the app and reinstalled and everythig possible. Oh, yes, the app works perfectly for everything else. I certainly was looking forward to watching series 3, so hopefully this will be corrected before that. Thank you, Myra Gorsline

The Chosen App on my Iphone SE skips to next Episode as soon as one comes on. 🤷‍♀️Started two days ago. I’ve turned phone off, on, redownloaded app. Updated 🤷‍♀️

trying to get cc to come on when I stream the app to my smart tv?

Hi. The Chosen app (android) closes/crashes after I click on cast to tv (cromecast). I have tried force closing the app, reinstalling the app, but problem still consist. When the app crashes, I get a message from phone, that I must wait to the developers have updated the app. This has never happened before. Also, I can't chose Norwegian subtitles. It is English, no matter what I do. I really hope you look into this, and get an update for the app, before season 3 comes out, so I can watch The Chosen on my TV. Season 1 ran well. Now season 2 will play only about 3 minutes at a time and needs to be restarted. I have reloaded twice with no resolve.
