Color Therapy Coloring Number Status

I purchased color therapy for adults and paid for the VIP version for my mother in December 2022. She is not getting the VIP version. I have reset the app and still not getting the VIP version I have paid for. I will be requesting a refund if this cannot be fixed

A few days ago, I was publishing one of my coloring works, and then a banner popped up that “this account has been blocked by Admin Instead of my name, it now said Colorist 4232461 Help. Please why was my account blocked and my MakenaStars name taken away. This is very distressing. I did not do anything wrong or break any CT rules. Please answer. I have been writing for 3 days. As I said. My original email account that I joined CT with years ago, has been deleted. My email address is now erissa7@redacted Please contact me there, since my original email is deleted…gone. The app is freezing up causing my to constantly reboot my iPad. It also boots me out of the app. Both my iPad and the app are up to date.

Dear ColorTherapy, I transferred the data from my wife's old iPod to a newer one. As usual, nothing goes completely right during these operations. Now, when she opens her CT program, she cannot find her page, username, or any of her 1400+ pictures. Funny thing is, if you go to my page, which is Artmart, and look under the 'Following' menu, you can find "LindaCook" and all of her pictures. Can you tell me how to fix it so her page will open immediately when she opens your program? You've been very helpful to me before and I will appreciate your help again. Mark Cook
