Summary of Brex Problems 🔥

- Very basic in tasks that can be completed in comparison to when signed in on web browser

- Does not allow Admin/Account Owner to issue Virtual cards and Invite folks to onboard to the account

- iPad view looks like it is viewing from a phone

- Constantly logs user out and claims 2-Step Auth. is incorrect

- Very basic and doesn't provide much functionality

- Red notification bubble for adding a receipt to a transaction cannot be dismissed

The Brex app does not open on my iPhone. It’s stuck at the loading screen -black with your logo - forever. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Same issue.

How to fix Brex app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Brex app on iPhone
Update Brex app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Brex iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Brex on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Brex network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Brex Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Brex not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Brex App
1. On android, goto Settings » Brex » click [Force Stop]

Update Brex to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brex App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Brex » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Brex.

Fix Brex unable to contact server/ Brex internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Brex » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Brex » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brex
