It's infuriating that I cannot get rid of the red notification bubble that is for adding a receipt to a transaction. This makes me turn off all notifications even though I want the others but not a persistent, non-dismissible notification about adding a receipt to a transaction. This was a bad design/UX decision.

I used to like Brex and now it constantly logs me out and claims my 2-Step Auth. App is incorrect — reaching out to support based on their “help” steps is unavailable through mobile which causes even more problems when trying to troubleshoot.

Brex itself is okay and primos Roy used for uploading receipts WHEN it allows me to log in. Otherwise, it’s very basic and doesn’t provide much functionality.

All around, this app is a good service. A smooth interface, easy color scheme, functional menu, handy system, and general usefulness are a few of the good qualities. A++ to its multiple account capabilities (though currently only available on the website), super quick and free domestic wires, multiple company owner acceptance, text-back feature for receipt saving and such, great accounting help, and so on. The awfully long time it takes to deposit a check, the limited app features (though they say these will be resolved in coming months, at least as of Jan 2022), the lack of allowing several physical cards, the lengthy questionnaire forms for check & wire sending/receiving, the annoying incompatibility to instantly receive funds like any other bank via debit card transaction through services like PayPal or Venmo… yeah, these are all not great features. But overall, this app has room to grow and improve. I could really see it becoming a seriously amazing, ultimate #1 business banking solution… and I’ll certainly update this review when it does. ;)

I recommend this app to anyone looking for a simple, but affective way to build business credit. this app is simplicity at it’s best!

Overall, it’s a good app but very basic in tasks that can be completed in comparison to when signed in on web browser. Brex should at least allow the Admin/Account Owner to issue Virtual cards and Invite folks to onboard to the account. As it is now, Brex pretty much allows for Deposits, Transfers and view/approve Transactions. To summarize, add more capabilities for Admins and also create a view for iPads. My iPad view looks like I’m viewing from my phone. It should scale and fit the entire screen.

I use it for my business and makes life easier running a company. Thanks very much this app, you rock! :)

Very easy to use. Taking a pic of a receipt via text makes uploading my receipts very easy. Very helpful since I’m in the field working from property to property and I’m always on the go

I received a letter saying I’m not approved but it’s also saying an account is set up in my business name. When I try to log in I get hit with what’s in the title. Do I or don’t I have an account?

Great secure app , free basic account , Free ACH free wire free bill pay for your business account , most important it increases your business credit rating , where have you seen that before .

This customer service was terrible they really dnt help you with much and they are not clear at all about terms of use I was looking to buy not knowing it’s prohibited and they close my account the next day no customer service to speak to and they seized my money thx but no thanx I’m done

I deposited funds into my card and waited a week before using the card. Once I tried using it, I received a text message stating my card has no funds. I reached out to customer service and after speaking and waiting for almost an hour they tell me the department that handles cash isn’t in on the weekends.

Two days after opening an account and initiating a transfer I got an email saying that my account was suspended and under review. With any attempt to contact support they simply point at their terms and conditions.
I had to wait 5 business days for a decision. Then I get an email saying that my account was closed and their decision is final.
Now I got a transfer in limbo and I'm jumping through hoops to get my money back.

Save yourself the aggravation and get an account with a real bank.

I made the mistake of initiating the chat function in Brex and it has not stopped crashing since. I have deleted and reinstalled Brex 15 times on an endless loop of frustration. It isn’t until the agent on the other end closes the chat due to inactivity that I can actually open Brex . I only know because I signed up for push notifications that continue to appear even though my app is inaccessible. The contact us page just trying to sell me on services, which is enormously frustrating.

They need to be clear about their business. It is a risk free Credicard company.
They control your startup bank account. If it goes below a certain amount, they will put your limit to zero and will charge immediately the debt.
Therefore, I only recommend you to use it if you you are in very stable cash situation (which is not always the case of a many early stage startups)

Finally!!! The long awaited app is here and it was so worth the wait! Brex is so intuitive and well designed. You can upload receipts right into Brex , manage your cards, and get push notifications. This is the future of fintech. Bravo, this app! Thank you for listening to your customers!
