1. the app says it is downloaded but I cannot find it on my screen 2. when I go into settings I find the app 3. when I go into the app store it says open, when I try I get the blue blackground with the logo but it doesn't go beyond that 4. I cannot figure out how to remove it and try again This is an iPhone 14 Plus
