Lesson won't load. I have cleared data, tried it with WiFi then mobile data, uninstalled and reinstalled it but still won't work. Previous lessons and exercises load fine. I can't progress with the course.

How to fix Stresscoach app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Stresscoach app on iPhone
Update Stresscoach app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Stresscoach iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Stresscoach on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Stresscoach network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Stresscoach Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Stresscoach not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Stresscoach App
1. On android, goto Settings » Stresscoach » click [Force Stop]

Update Stresscoach to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Stresscoach App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Stresscoach » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Stresscoach.

Fix Stresscoach unable to contact server/ Stresscoach internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Stresscoach » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Stresscoach » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Stresscoach
