On return to Sheffield the app is not showing my area contacts.Still showing SCARBORO(As is Google)Can u correct this please.Thsnks.

Just recently, grinder is making it where I can only chat with three people then it wants me to upgrade? I’ve never had this problem before. Is this the new grinder or is there something I need to do to fix this issues as well as not staying on my location which changes every time I close it out.. what do I do? Thank you.

I have download this app. But after login my ID and password........error message is showing...the check ur internal connection nd try later. My internet connection are very good. Also I have download othe gay app nd sign up and they start......they have no problem to open ....but this app ...issue for open. Kindly help us

iphone 11 pro max after having this app open it starts getting my phone extremely hot an laggy, ive reinstalled, reflashed the phone.. deleted cache, still does it.. ya'll need to release a fix as ive never has this issue up until a few months ago

the - nearby- doesnt come up. When I open Grinder both Fresh and Explore are working fine. Nearby dosnt come up, or it comes up randomly. I had the same problem on 2 different devices. I never had this problem before

Please sir, Since I made a reset of my iPhone i haven’t being able to open ANY profile in my Grindr anymore.... before this was really nothing wrong with it. I’ve also already made a new iOS upgrade and the problem is still the same. So, maybe this information can be helpful for you to help me solve the problem? I have the feeling that the Grindr app is not using my last upgrade, or is not synchronized with my last update… something like that??? I’d just met a very nice guy when all this started and since then and really regret not being able to communicate with him anymore… So, PLEASE… HELP ME.

You’ve had multiple complaints about your app crashing for weeks now & still haven’t done anything about it. It’s pretty shocking that such a successful company can’t address these issues straight away. As much as people continue to use your app, it’s had more issues than any other app around…it really is technically garbage.

The app is making my iphone turn off all by itself and when I open the app, after turning my phone on again, it crashes and won't open. Then I have to uninstall the app and re-download it again.

Was using Grindr at 11am today and it made my phone freeze up. Then I go back to it and it won’t open the apps at all. What’s going on? My phone is updated and so is the app.

The same exact thing happens to mine. Every time I’m using the App. Freezes by itself. I can’t do anything. My phone locks up. Can’t power off. Nothing. After 2 min. My phone restarts. App no longer work. Try to open. And it shuts down. So I have to delete the app and reinstall to work. I’m using latest IOS. iPhone 11. Not sure what’s causing the issue.

Hi, I see that 15.4.1 ISO is crashing and freezing on the iPhone X shut down but it’s not a working back on power that’s probably problem. I see that Grindr got a bug here. Many guys are starting complaining about the version that’s bad because it’s automatically shut down this time

As others also have experienced. It’s frustrating that there has not been any type of acknowledgement or response on how to remedy this. Clearly, rebooting, reloading, and even adopting a new profile does not matter. Please respond in some way.

For the past two weeks Grindr has been crashing daily sometimes 3-4 times a day. I have tried offloading it and reinstalled it several time. Even with the daily backups I have lost all my messages. I have been emailing grindr almost daily with no help. I got one response of someone asking me to record what its doing. I wrote back and said Record it? whats to record.. the app crashes, shuts my phone down and then wont open again. Very annoying. I am an unlimited user and I am very close to canceling my subscription and just go with the free version if its just gunna keep crashing.

After i opened the app this morning my whole screen froze for 3 mins and then automatically shuts off. When i turned it back on the app wont open anymore. Had to redownload shit. It’s been doing like this after i updated my phone. I’m using iPhone 11 🙄

The app will load and show the browsing screen (nearby) and the other two tabs, but the minute I go to press for messages, it crashes! Maybe it’s trying to save me from “harm’s way” haha.. been like this for about a week for me.

For the last 3-4 weeks, I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall Grindr every 5-7 days. This is like the fourth time I’ve had to do this. My app will close, and then I will try to reopen it, and it will crash almost immediately before the opening screen with the logo finishes loading. Wait til morning, still there. Make sure it’s the latest version, still there. Restart iPhone, still there. Wtf is happening? Seems like a lot of people are having this same issue.

Since yesterday app keeps crashing immediately upon launch. iPhone 8, iOS 15.4.1, latest Grindr. Backup set at daily but as usual with Fing Grindr the feature doesn’t work automatically. So was able to load the profile on my iPad so I know it was last updated April 9, a week ago. Thanks a lot Fing Grindr!! Can’t see a new version yet coming out so torn between reinstalling and waiting for a new version. Come on, solve the bug!

App crashing every time I try to open it, even backup my iPhone 12 iOS 15.4.1 and factory reset it, then restored from backup and still the same. It’s like that for 3 weeks already, keep checking for new app version, hope upgrade will resolve issue.

I was logged in and all of a sudden my app keeps closing on me and will not open at all. Very annoying. I just updated the app 2 days ago.

I haven't logged on in a while. I tried to create a profile, thinking that the old one is the problem, can't log in to create, or anything. I would prefer to start over with a new profile, please help
