I recommend Woebot as that app is free. These 2 apps were my favorite at one point yet the payments really limit usability. I hope my friends in the military got this app downloaded before it charged and fail to let it update. Mine has since updated shame on me for trusting them to be looking out for people. Really who are you helping? Who is it that you are trying to reach? Are you looking to help anyone with debilitating anxiety? Don’t care!? Then why did you get it this far? Open it up to donations vs attempting to make profit on peoples challenges or feelings for that matter!

Didn’t even get to try it
I went through the one minute quiz about where my anxiety and stress is at which is fine, understandable. I answered the last question honestly like I was told to and then was told I wasn’t suitable for the app, it just gave me resources (which is good to do) and that’s it. If I’d know that would’ve happened I wouldn’t have answered honestly.
