I have a problem with UpLift

No current problems

- Not designed for people who have problems that exist outside their own thoughts

- Not trauma-informed

- No way to support people who try the exposure therapy it recommends

- No way to determine what kinds of things a person is avoiding

- Responses from the program are not helpful and disregard user’s answers

- Login issues and data loss

My session 3 is locked up. Cant move on even after doing all the activities

To resolve UpLift network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the UpLift App
1. On android, goto Settings » UpLift » click [Force Stop]

Clear UpLift App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » UpLift » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart UpLift.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click UpLift » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto UpLift » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch UpLift
