Hey. My Coros app is not updating and all the usual things with forcing it to shutdown, restarting my Android phone etc. Isn't working. It doesn't update as normal after a run and the run in the list doesn't show where I ran. Just a little dot instead. Also it doesn't transfer to Strava, or it does but after another day or two it seems like. So please help me out here.

The sleep app on my coros apex stopped working after the latest update. How is the issue to be corrected?

I cant log in to the coros app! connection issue -2 keeps not working for several days now and really annoys me!

How to fix COROS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the COROS app on iPhone
Update COROS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall COROS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix COROS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve COROS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

COROS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix COROS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the COROS App
1. On android, goto Settings » COROS » click [Force Stop]

Update COROS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear COROS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » COROS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart COROS.

Fix COROS unable to contact server/ COROS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click COROS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto COROS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch COROS
