Subscription Not Working!!!

I really enjoyed the free intro parts of this app so I decided to buy the monthly subscription. Unfortunately, it still won’t let me open the locked sections of the app. I find this super frustrating and have tried closing and restarting the app, as well as updating to no avail. Update: They emailed me and changed something as I am now able to access the content! Yay! Thank you for quickly solving my issue so I can continue the courses! :)

Great App

Really helpful for understanding and addressing (social) anxiety. The descriptions are really clear and the exercises seem to build on eachother in a logical way to support continued resilience. Great work by the developers for tackling an increasingly important issue! Could be better if some of the dialogue in the explanations could be sped up so that we don’t have to wait for the character to write.

really great!! a fee bugs though.

I think this is wonderful and so far it has helped me a bunch and i look forward to going through all the lessons. really great work!! there are some bugs i have come across that you might look into: Social anxiety & the body lesson: instead of showing the feared social situation i typed in earlier, it just says <socialanxiety1_event> Safety behaviours lesson: in the subtle strategies section it will not let me progress after learning about two of the strategies. otherwise I really find this helpful and I’m very glad you have put so much effort into it to help people like me! thank you!!
