Confusing app

I subscribed a few months ago and after a while could not even log in. The different pages froze and it was not even possible to send an email to the developer. Then I got charged today for an additional subscription without being told and after going to the App Store discovered that the app ad changed its design. Tried to login but couldn’t find a way to do so without subscribing again! The idea is good, but basic function does not work! Upgraded the rating to reflect the great customer service and prompt response. As mentioned above the concept is good, and hopefully the new platform works moving forward.
