How to fix ORG 24 app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ORG 24 app on iPhone
Update ORG 24 app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ORG 24 iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ORG 24 on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ORG 24 network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ORG 24 Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ORG 24 not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ORG 24 App
1. On android, goto Settings » ORG 24 » click [Force Stop]

Update ORG 24 to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ORG 24 App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ORG 24 » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ORG 24.

Fix ORG 24 unable to contact server/ ORG 24 internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ORG 24 » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ORG 24 » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ORG 24
