I have installed the Korg Module Pro on my iPad and iPhone. On the iPad it works ok but on the iphone the app does NOT work at all. There is no sound coming out. The iphone is set to play audio. I have the iphone X with iOS 16.1.2

I purchased Korg Module Pro last night and love it. I tried to download and install some of the sound expansion packs on my iPad this morning and after I validate with my thumb on the touch-id sensor to get the demo, it says, it was success, then another screen pops up after I click that and the new screen says 'Failed to Puchased, an Unkown error has occurred'. It will not get to the download sequence screen that should come after the success notification. I have 20GB free on my iPad so its not a space problem. Help! -Katie Berry

Playing Kog module with a m audio key station 49e . When I press G1 the volume goes to about 4 . It does the same in gadget too but not in garage band. Any suggestions please.
