I have installed the Korg Module Pro on my iPad and iPhone. On the iPad it works ok but on the iphone the app does NOT work at all. There is no sound coming out. The iphone is set to play audio. I have the iphone X with iOS 16.1.2

I purchased Korg Module Pro last night and love it. I tried to download and install some of the sound expansion packs on my iPad this morning and after I validate with my thumb on the touch-id sensor to get the demo, it says, it was success, then another screen pops up after I click that and the new screen says 'Failed to Puchased, an Unkown error has occurred'. It will not get to the download sequence screen that should come after the success notification. I have 20GB free on my iPad so its not a space problem. Help! -Katie Berry

Playing Kog module with a m audio key station 49e . When I press G1 the volume goes to about 4 . It does the same in gadget too but not in garage band. Any suggestions please.

How to fix KORG Module app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KORG Module app on iPhone
Update KORG Module app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KORG Module iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KORG Module on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KORG Module network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KORG Module Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KORG Module not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KORG Module App
1. On android, goto Settings » KORG Module » click [Force Stop]

Update KORG Module to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KORG Module App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KORG Module » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KORG Module.

Fix KORG Module unable to contact server/ KORG Module internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KORG Module » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KORG Module » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KORG Module
