-App appears to be engineered by middle schoolers with no concept of direction for online/app ordering.
-Can’t order anything you actually want.
-Logged out could not get logged back in.
-Asked for my birthday and favorite location and gave me a pull down menu says something like no items so I couldn’t go any further.
-Most useless app I ever used.

I attempted to place an online order for Arab AL at around 7:15 p.m. The order would not go through, yet my card was charged TWICE. Please let me know how to proceed with getting a refund.

I visit jacks EVERY morning & buy the same thing using the app & since July 26th it’s yet to accumulate any points. Why?
The app wouldn’t let me checkout. Ever time I hit checkout it wouldn’t do anything. So I couldn’t order any food. Now I’m sad
I cannot earn any rewards with the app. I get message that the QR cannot be found. Also, it fails to determine my location
Twice now I have attempted to order from the app and it says that the transaction fails, yet it charges my card. Last time it charges two transactions of $51.38 each. We went to the restaurant and they had received no orders. It took 8 days for our money to refunded on our card. I contacted the manager here and they tried but no one knows why it did this. We waited a few weeks and tried again last night. It did the same thing. It said order failed yet is now holding $51.83. I know the money will be returned in a few days, but it is frustrating not to be able to use the app. I currently have over 6000 points, which represents how much our family loves Jacks. Please help!
