First day worked great. 2nd day it was logged out could not get logged back in finally got logged in. it asked for my birthday and favorite location and gave me a pull down menu says something like no items so I couldn’t go any further so I guess I’ll order from McDonald’s today their app actually works unlike some. Most useless app I ever used.

After using McDonald’s app for some time, using Jack’s app is a serious disappointment. App appears to be engineered by middle schoolers with no concept of direction for online/app ordering. Don’t waste your time on Jacks. You can’t order anything you actually want.

I.e. Tried placing an order for a double gravy biscuit. A popular menu item. The only gravy biscuit I could order was the small or large combo that comes with a side and a drink.

An a la carte menu would be a fantastic start if anyone ever reads this.

I tried to put my phone number in numerous times and it kept stating that number is already taken so it’s useless for me if it won’t accept my number for text messages I have had the same number for years was hoping this was gonna work since I live near & do a lot of business with Jack’s restaurant

Jacks tends to lock up and will not save my nearby Jack’s for future use. When I tried to place an order via Jacks , it crashed and told me to call the store. And Jacks really tries to force me to use my Facebook account to sign in for rewards. And I may not want to do that. Jacks is clunky and buggy and locks up and crashes. Think I will wait for improvement before I try using Jacks

Lacks customization opportunities.. would be nice to be able to add things, substitute things, remove things. I wanted to add tomato to a sandwich, no way to add. I wanted Texas toast (instead of those nasty buns) but no way to do it through Jacks . Most importantly, when I try to submit orders, I get nothing but error messages. This company needs to take cues from other app programmers.

I know Jack’s has cookies and cream ice cream (specifically talking about the milkshake though). If you go up the window to order it, they have it. For whatever reason, it’s not listed on Jacks . I like using Jacks because I’m pretty awkward with trying to give my order but I can never get the milkshake I want because Jacks doesn’t have it as an option to select yet when I go there (or to any location for that matter), they do have it. I’m sure it was just over looked when adding products to it but man, I just want to get my favorite milkshake without having to talk very much.

It works, but it’s not very user friendly, doesn’t have options to pick up in store/drive-thru/curbside. The store locator and the mobile ordering aren’t connected for some reason meaning you can’t select a store and start a mobile order that way. Gives you an “estimated time” rather than a notification when something is ready. The menu needs a place to add sauces, ketchup and other condiments, drinks need options for light or no ice etc. It’s okay when it works but needs a lot added to make it worth using more.

So I scanned my receipt at the front counter with my phone thinking that it went through for my point but It didn’t Then I scanned the actual receipt and then earned my points they were earned immediately but I shouldn’t have to Scan at the counter and the receipt because what if I threw the receipt away assuming it worked at the counter so I just like to share my experiences thanks Jacks is getting better

Notifications/specials won’t turn off even with the ads option toggled off.

No options for drink sizes on combos or some other customizations.

This is the 2nd time I’ve bought in the drive through and was shorted food again. Last time 2 butter biscuits and this time only one fry with 2 combos. They’re rushing and not checking to make sure the orders are correct. Disappointed in this location.

I usually go through the drive through at my local Jack’s . The food is always hot so I do not mind waiting a bit longer for my order plus many establishments are short on help so please be courteous.

This has been my first time at a Jack’s! We live about 30 minutes from Atmore and decided to take a ride over there to try the New Restaurant. The line was long but we really wanted to try it! The line went fast and Alice that checked us out was fantastic! I have to tell you the food was excellent! I had to try each pie, the apple, strawberry cheesecake and the lemon and the LEMON PIE was delicious. If you’ve never tried one you’ll need to and you won’t be disappointed. All the food was delicious. Alice was so professional, I wish everyone have a positive attitude like she did about the food. Excellent Service makes we want to return and spread the word about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much and YES, your right Alice we’ll definitely be back to see you. Please express our gratitude and appreciate to Alice and the other stuff members that made our 1st experience at Jack’s AMAZING!

The service at this location is AWESOME! The drive-thru was backed up around the building to the entrance. They moved very fast and was on my way to work in no time. AWESOME JOB!!!!

It would certainly help if you ordered without Jacks that your purchases would still add up by being able to scan purchase in Jacks or by a physical scan at the window.

I left Hardee’s because they kept taking drive thru orders. When I came in I was greeted and my order was taken immediately.

I signed up using my Apple ID and now Jacks wants me to sign in and I can’t. Can y’all do something about that. And the odd thing is that now it shows the ability to sign up with Facebook.

this app has the best food in the industry! Missed y’all when we lived in Savannah.
Enjoying the rewards for eating at our favorite fast food restaurant. Even our severely autistic prefers this app fries to everything else!

Created account and set nearest restaurant as fav. But when I start an order it still asks for city/zip, then returns no results. Location enabled, latest iOS.

I was excited to see the Jack’s app has been introduced when I got my receipt this morning. Sat down to eat my breakfast and set up my app info. Scanned the QR code several times and it said I’m not near a Jack’s location. I’m sitting in the lobby of a Jack’s! Tried to enter the code manually but it doesn’t allow letters to be entered, only numbers. The code includes letters and numbers. I hope Jack’s gets the fixed because I usually visit Jack’s four to five times a week.

Follow-up Review: It’s now been several weeks since Jack’s has rolled out its app, and it’s still a major fail. Employees, including managers, at several locations still don’t know how to credit the customers points after the customer scans the QR. There is only one employee, who is a manager, I have found that knows what to enter on the register after customer scans. Unfortunately for me, she can’t work every shift.

As another option, Jack’s receipts usually will print out a QR I can scan with my phone’s QR reader. Lately, the receipts haven’t been doing it. Please get it together Jack’s. I’m a regular customer, but issues with your app and employees not knowing how it works is becoming a REGULAR event.

I entered my name, email and phone number - pretty much standard. I tapped “Submit” and got a message, “Oops, you’re too young to join the rewards program.” Bizarre since I was never ask for my birth date.
