I VISIT THE JACKS IN BESSEMER AL 4 TIMES A WEEK 3 OUT OF 4 TIMES THE ORDER IS WRONG I JUST ORRDERD A 2 PIECE AND A BISCUIT AND THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY LEGS GAVE ME 4 BIG BREAST AND A HARD BISCUIT SO BASICALLY I JUST WASTED $13

You get charged for the food.pay full price and get half what you use to get.on top of that they steal money from me every morning.with the. No penny crap the damn banks are full of pennies.you need to stop stealing from people

We love our Jacks in Columbiana, Al but tonight (6:30-7:00 pm)they had some problems in the drive thru. It took over 30 minutes to get to the window and there were 6-7 cars ahead of me. I could see 3 people inside working. Just wanted you to know.

I’ve been waiting with several other cars for over 15 minutes in the drive thru line. It has moved only once. I’m assuming you’re short staffed but it’s very frustrating.

I am very disappointed in Jack's/Scottsboro AL. For my birthday in July I told my son I would like to have a two piece chicken meal with a chicken breast, he got the same meal. The chicken breast had been cooked so long it was dried up, if we hadn't been so tired I would have taken it back for a refund. Today I went through the drive thru, told the lady I wanted the three piece chicken pieces ($6.00), she repeated my order to me saying $6.00 meals, total she gave me was $14.15, I told her that total didn't sound right. My receipt showed her total $14.15 which was $6.49 each. I brought that to her attention, she said that's what it rang up for and I could talk to her manager but she would tell me the same thing "that's what it rang up for". I told her they needed to change that sign, she told me I could "talk to cooperate", so I am talking to you. Her attitude was very rude! Also I asked for comeback sauce, we got no sauce at all.

I went to the drive-thru at Jacks Restaurant at 1426 Temple Ave. N, Fayette Al. 35555 as usual at least 3 or 4 times each week. The person taking orders was rude that person did not let me ask about a Coke. that person said we ant got no coke. I proceeded to ask about a large drink. That person said, " We out of large cups and the other person yelled in the background " It will be a reg. size drink." I drove off and refuse to order from a business that provides rude service. I went to the restaurant beside Jacks and received great service. If this restaurant can't even keep large cups in stock and teach their employees how to properly provide good customer service, I will spend my money at another establishment.

I placed an online order #2477977 @ 12:57PM today (March 23 2025) and the app did not allow me to take the 15% off reward. Will you please give me credit for this amount? Thank you.

Why does my receipt not have a barcode to scan for rewards.
