I uploaded some files on Drive. After two months, when I tried to download the files, they failed. Is it a joke? Seriously, it’s not downloading, and I lost them. Not only that they have an option for sync photos in the drive, but that is not also working properly .I need to stop using Internxt and find an alternative—awful experience.

1. Can’t upload files that are bigger than 1gb. Given that most video files are bigger than 1gb, what am I supposed to use this service for if it can’t handle 1gb of file?

2. I tried to upload 100 photos from my iPhone to a folder, but the first attempt to upload either didn’t work or didn’t show me any progress bar, so I tried again.

3. Then I noticed that some of the photos got saved outside the designated folder.

4. I tried to see uploaded files on my desktop, but nothing showed up even after 10 min.

Still needs a lot of work as I just don’t find it reliable. I uploaded some documents a few months back and all of them provide an error message now when I try to open. I decided to test it out again and just found it to be way to buggy on iOS. For example, I uploaded another pdf and created a folder. I attempted moved the file into the folder and it renamed the file with a “(1)” at the end like it was duplicated (it wasn’t). Then it provided an “error downloading file” error when I tried to view it, but 8 seconds later it finally popped up. I refreshed the screen and everything disappeared, refresh again, it shows up. Finally managed to move the file into a folder and it renamed it again adding “(1) (1)” to the end. Tried opening again, “error downloading file.”

A very unreliable iCloud service if you are using it through Internxt on an iPad . There are problems connecting to the server and the tools are poor. I spent $149 on a lifetime storage plan and I’m trying to get a refund. They haven’t answered any of my e-mails or chats for 10 days now. They are located in Spain and I don’t think they even care. Very frustrating.

Disappointed that they have elected to move away from Internxt and eliminate that auto uploading of photos. No longer see thumbnails of the images, slow uploading times, complete lack of up-to-date features available to other platforms. Lifetime storage, but everything has to be done manually!

- The syncing mechanism has been broken for months: files and and sub folders randomly leave their parent folders and leave your work in disarray. This alone makes it unusable, and there are multiple bug reports of this online the developer has not addressed.
- File upload speeds are slow for my use-case: upload speeds seem to be in the kilobyte-range regardless of actual network speed. Much slower than other end-to-end encryption services and competitors of Internxt.

I downloaded the client to my Mac. I moved about 120GB of day into there drive. It synced about 2GB and the got stuck. The status showed that all was up to date. I rebooted my Mac. All the rest of my files simply vanished. I waited a few hours, about 50GB magically started to appear. But the nothing. Waited some more. No new files. No upload traffic from my machine. 100GB of data simply gone.

Decided I can't trust Internxt.

Mind you this data was all local. It never made it to their cloud.

I purchased this storage primarily as a phone photo backup. However, this feature is now disabled. When I open the this app app and attempt to sync, it starts syncing and completely stops a few seconds later. I’m unable to upload a single picture. This has been ongoing for more than 5 months. Support is slow and hasn’t resolved this for me

I thought 10 tb for lifetime would be amazing but I rather pay the monthly fee for pCloud then to have a one time payment for this . Photos never show up . Half way through the transfer it fails, when I try to reinitialized the upload process, it starts a new folder completely . Right after I see 7 gb used even after permanently deleting the old file. Developers used to respond to people, but only to good comments but when it comes to negative comments, they offer no reply no solution and doesn’t seem like they want to fix Internxt . If stacksocial didn’t have a deal on this I wouldn’t have bothered and nobody should bother even with the deal, not worth it. Only reason why I gave it two stars because there is potential in it, but only if the developers do something about it and actually take other peoples critiques into account because they are the users.

There’s no thumbnails. I’m flying blind through all my pics. This is unusable for me. Mega is a far better experience. Still waiting for feature parity as i have 2tb with u but can’t really make use of it yet.

2. +1 GB por bajar la aplicación movíl.
3. +1 GB por instalar la aplicación en la PC más subir un archivo.
4. +1 GB al compartir un archivo por enlace web.
5. +5 GB si invitas a 5 amigos a crear una cuenta nueva cada uno.

Al sumar “todos” esos requerimientos, entonces tendrías los 10 GB de espacio en la nube. Sino, tendrías sólo 3 GB o tal vez 4 GB.

Un intento desesperado por tener clientes, en vez de tenerlos por su reputación, o por su producto o calidad…
No compite con Mega Uploads que te da 50 GB gratis sin tener que hacer todos esos requerimientos.

Por lo menos yo, seguiré usando Mega, Box & iCloud. Si alguno de ustedes quiere usar éste servicio por lo de la alegada seguridad, bien por ustedes…

I haven’t tried the desktop app, but the iOS app is just down right painful to use or navigate. Seems like it was a bit rushed. 90% of the features you claim to have are simply buggy to the point a serious person just won’t bother using. Has any of your developers, creating Internxt, successfully gone through the initial process of setting up the account on iOS and thought it was ready for release? A part of me seems to think otherwise.

Nonetheless, I trust you guys will get the myriad of bugs fixed very soon. Because we need more services like this one, that aims to respect user’s privacy and security at its core. I look forward to using this service when it’s been polished. Don’t lose hope or your trajectory and keep up the hard work! :)

Internxt is looking fantastic so far, and I am so excited to see where it goes. I purchased the 5 TB lifetime, and hope that I’ll get to use it all. When the photos section comes out, a face-Id/PIN lockable container would be… useful. Perhaps for the drive as well.

I also want to add that for a file storage app, it is sorely lacking in methods of adding files. I’d love to be able to paste files in, or to select this app as an option in the share sheet and then navigate to the folder I need.

The storage service is good and I recommend it to anyone looking for temporary storage.

The UI needs improvement and the rename function doesn't work though.

When you go to rename a file, the "save" button is beneath the keyboard so it's impossible to save your new file name, and if you hit Return it just reverts the filename back to what it was before.

Gallery lacks thumbnails so this is more of a set-it-and-forget-it storage solution than an iCloud replacement.

The security is there for the files stored however the mobile app is lacking some very basic features such as Face ID/Touch ID when opening app Also unable to search throughout folders (just in current folder) I am excited that “photos” option is supposed to come soon to upload from camera roll so please make that a priority if possible
**also a preview picture would be most helpful for uploaded photos/videos to know what is saved and not have to go through each one**

Internxt is easy to use and looks great.

Its missing key features to make an it extraordinary like iPhone files integration and photo backup.

Otherwise, its a fantastic app for anyone who cares about protecting their data. If you don't, go get Dropbox or some other platform that has access to all of your files.

Then, you are the product, not the other way around.

For Windows, say less; it works amazing. I have not had any problems so far I used.

For the IOS app, uploading photos is quite tricky. First, when you upload, make sure you can open and see the pictures on Internxt (if not, try a different way)
I saved the photos in Files and uploaded the images through the Files folder.

Noted: upload chunk by chunk to prevent upload failure. Also, it took pretty much longer than the other apps because it encrypts everything.

Abundant storage for lower cost than almost all the others. Fast, efficient, polite customer service! Probably has all the features you need, though not as many as the market share leaders.

I’ve been looking forward to an xCloud app for a while now and it’s finally out. Day 1 had a minor problem signing in but that’s all ironed out and working perfectly now. My only suggestion would be integrating it with iOS files like other cloud services, but I don’t know if that compromises the top notch security. Just a thought though. Otherwise, perfect cloud app. Amazing security. A+.
