I tried to add money to Mytel Pay from my bank account. Money was deducted from my account, but not received to Mytel pay. When I inquired, they said it is due to amount limitation per day. Actually, user may not aware of that limitation, they need to set up in their app not to deducted money and need to show pop-up alert for user limitation. So, I have to wait until at the end of that month and I could get my money after month end. This is ridiculous and remove MytelPay from App Store!!!

After updated version 2.20.8, cannot login to my account. Whether I try with Forget password, it didn’t work. Just showed the message, “Something wrong, please try again later”. Then, I try to contact to Call Center hotline 999, no one pick up the phone. 😤😤

I can’t enter this app application in my iphone. You should upgrade your app.

MytelPay did not give security and privacy to the users. This business has no ethics.

When top up by Mytel pay , every time need to open gps . Waste time

The Mytel Pay App is a business venture of the Burmese military that is torturing and killing the people of Burma. They are using the proceeds of this business to buy weapons to kill civilians. So get rid of MytelPay as soon as possible.

MyTel is owned by military junta in Myanmar. Each and every transaction made inside MytelPay will support the military with bullets that kills the peaceful protestors. Currently there are 70+ people being murdered.

This apps and related brand names
starting with Mytel are own by Myanmar
military group. Due to the current US
sanction, Facebook has already removed
their page from Facebook platform. We also
would like to request Apple to remove this
apps from apple store in order to comply
with US sanctions and to make sanctions
more effective. These junta are killing thousand of people in Myanmar and their cruelty cant be even express with words.

I tried to add money to MytelPay but it was disappeared during transactions. They took my money but it was never added to my balance. Customer services are useless as they don’t know anything about MytelPay. Please remove this from app store

The UI is not friendly and sometimes the fund are lost in transactions
