Just tried installing the app. Same issues as listed above on Android. I can discover and connect the device through blue tooth no problem. The app however cannot find the device and connect, so it just sits there. Really annoying.
Fatal error to power on
Just received mine and it will connect to blue tooth but not phone to application. Tried on several phones with same result. Not happy and feeling like I purchased junk! BUYERS BEWARE!
My Muama Enence device is paired to my phone correctly but the app will not get past the pairing screen. will not lad languages
see all of the complaints above. both devices say connected, but report on app says not. other phone both devices say connected, but just keeps trying to connect. Can't speak to whether it will translate, haven't been able to use it yet.

I can not get the volume high enough that another person can hear the translation? Going to Columbia soon and would like to use the device. Thanks, G. Mills
I cannot download the app as it says its too old for my phone
enence screen says loading ! waiting not loading for 10 minutes
enence and iphone 8 pair up fine. The phone recognizes enence. When I press the recognition tab, the phone says loading languages and shortly thereafter it says check your internet connection which then locks up the phone with check your internet connection present on the phone. The system had worked fine at one time. Internet presence and wifi is present on my laptop and other devices, so internet outside of the phone is fine. Help. Thanks, Rick

After purchasing 2 devices, and connecting and installing the Muama enence Translater and app on a Samsung Galaxy s21 ultra and a Galaxy S10 ultra, both worked fine! But after a necessary factory reset of the S21 ultra and installing the app, the app keeps crashing, after startup it flashes for a moment and stops. Even after several times of restarting the phone and reinstalling the app it is not working. On the S10 it still works fine. Can you help me to get it work?
