1 month agoI tried to cancel order when I saw they were charging me for 4, I had only ordered 1. they sent them anyway! I received package on Jan. 4,2024. I returned it, unopened, On Jan.5,2024. I had already got stuck with one of these previously, from a different company. It did not work with my phone. I chalked that one up as a bad investment. When I did order it again, thinking it was a different kind, I find out it is the same one I had already got stuck with. Today is March7,2024 and I still have not received a credit from you. the review website will not let me post another review so that is why I am writing you. This place should be ashamed for scamming people with this merchandise. To finish, all I can do is pray for these people and ask God to forgive them.

4 months agoI ordered one translator yesterday November 30th and was charged for 4 plus I was charged an extra $94. I contacted customer service 5 minutes after I received an email confirming this incorrect order. The Filipino gentleman I spoke to at Enence Support indicated that he would cancel my whole order and send me a confirmation. I never received a confirmation and when I tried to call back I could not get through to customer service and asked for a callback which I never received. I contacted Visa and have disputed this transaction. On top of that today I received an email saying my order had been shipped!!! I contacted Visa again and they are aware of this new development. If my order is not cancelled and I do receive a full refund including not being charged for the exchange rate within 24 hours Visa will be pursuing this matter. Please respond to this email.

5 months agoI have had nothing but trouble with this device. At first the program was not compatable with my phone. after i got that solved I ran into problems with it cutting off when I spoke. When I leave the program and try to get back into it, it will not sync the phone with the device. I have to completely turn phone off and restart it. I have submitted 4 tickets to customer support and have never received a response. I paid with paypal. I will contact them to get my money back. Bet customer support will respond then

1 year agoVery poor translation between English and German. Google translate is far better. I ordered 1 translator and 1 travel organizer. They sent me 4 travel organizers! Can't find a phone number for them. How do I return their stuff?!

2 years agoF**k! It doesn't work at all! I finally figured out how to download the app 😅 but it still doesn't work, not the device at all, all it does is make a noise, a beeping sound, I want, I need my money back! 😫 especially when I can use goggle translated on my phone!

2 years agoHaving problem with installing the app on a Huawei cellphone. Have tried to uninstall and install again several times. The ikon is there but nothing happens when I press it. The device is working excellent with a Sony cellphone. Need help quickly because of a trip abroad in a few days.

So bad that it’s entertaining
If you’re reading this, I hope that you haven’t already purchased the scam of a device that pairs with this app. Picture a less accessible google translate that requires constant internet and connection to your $90 Bluetooth microphone. If this app simply used your phones mic it would be the same. It can’t even get day one Chinese Mandarin correct. Google translate is superior in voice recognition and you can download languages so you can use it offline. Please don’t purchase their translator device as it’s just a scam. Ships from china in 4-5 weeks and to return you must send to Lithuania for 15-20 dollars. The device doesn’t even speak, all voice “translations” (if you can call them that) come from my phone’s speaker! Most of the time the translations come out total nonsense. When they’re even a little bit close, it’s always a hilariously bad quarter translation that turns “I’d like to buy a new cell phone” into “I buy new sex handbag” 😂😂😂 A total joke.

Just giving 1 star for the bad advertising
Buying a bunch of different webpages to write your own reviews of your own product... supposed to look like a blogpost Trying to say it’s from Japan to sound smarter, prove the connection Previously only available to world leaders, I doubt any if them would use your garbage 2 easy steps, I think most people here would argue otherwise And, it basically just translates in your phone and uses your device as a speaker, why is it even needed How about make a product you’re proud of and advertise the right way. Literally, all you get with enence is a 90 dollar speaker that you connect to your phone which does all the translations. You’re phone already has a speaker, why not use it with something like microsoft or google translate for free. All the good reviews are people who like it because it worked for them, but they don’t realize all the money they wasted and how immoral the advertising is.

App doesn’t open
I bought the translator and downloaded the app only to find it wouldn’t open. I tried their suggestion to turn off the setting for guided access as explained on their webpage for problems and downloaded the app again but the app still wouldn’t open. I tried contacting them from their website. After typing in all my information it wouldn’t allow me to submit. If this isn’t a scam then I don’t know what is. I’m using an iPhone 11 Pro Max with the most current iOS 3.3.1
