How to fix SMAYL app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SMAYL app on iPhone
Update SMAYL app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SMAYL iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SMAYL on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SMAYL network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SMAYL Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SMAYL not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SMAYL App
1. On android, goto Settings » SMAYL » click [Force Stop]

Update SMAYL to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SMAYL App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SMAYL » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SMAYL.

Fix SMAYL unable to contact server/ SMAYL internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SMAYL » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SMAYL » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SMAYL
