Frequently from time to other, I used to open it smoothly. Since 2 days, although it access the account (got SMS)but BMOnline gives an error and closes it and asks to try again?!! *on iOS.

I went to banque mast and opened an account. But the OTP doesn’t want to type at all no matter what, this is ridiculous after spending 3-4 hours at the bank itself trying to open an account and bad service. Same goes with most banks in this country

**Terrible Experience with this Bank App**

I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! BMOnline is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure BMOnline works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

E-mail inbox and sent email not exist any more through website .you should add an option to write email from application . I can’t follow up or reply to the same e-mail any more. While I am creating $TD application calculation is wrong not as you announced interest rate in bank website. Very bad

Perfect application but need some technical points like if you transfer money it should verify the iban number with beneficiary name to avoid transfer wrong accounts like any international banking you may start the internal transfer information inside bm until the information of accounts be centralized in egypt, also we need the recipe of transfer in eligible format not text it should be come in pdf for officially usage and confirmation

Please add a smart login method to the program instead of the traditional typing login.

Please add copy button to the account, so we are able to send our account info right away.

BMOnline needs to add feature to let me end my CD anytime I want before the maturity date and show how much the fees and calculations
Also I can review the customer service

I like BMOnline very much. It is easy to use but I see that you added some features for money transfer. I was just wondering how to add money from my checking account to my wallet account.

I like the application after a long time waiting for BM to come up with a mobile app..However it’s never too late. Just wondering why the Face ID is not available?

Love BMOnline. I use it almost daily. They have added a new bank to bank transfer feature that I could definitely use and hope to try soon. BMOnline along with the BM Wallet app help me do most of my banking at home, which is great because I absolutely hate going to the bank !

I like BMOnline very much it is helpful only we miss redeem option like national bank

I have a suggestion that is really helpful for the certificates customers, could you please add a drop-down list button on each certificate detail to choose if the customer needs to “Renew” the certificate after expires or “Redeem” and add another drop-down list to choose one of his local accounts to redeem it like saving or checking, that will reduce the load on the customer service branch and give us a customer some flexibility to use our internet mobile app
