**Terrible Experience with this Bank App**

I’m beyond frustrated with this bank’s app. Not only do they charge us ridiculous fees every couple of months, but you’d think they would at least make sure their software works properly! The app is constantly crashing, lagging, and full of bugs. Simple tasks take forever, and every update seems to break something new. For the amount of money we’re being charged, the least they could do is ensure the app works as expected. It’s completely rubbish and a waste of time.

I went to banque mast and opened an account. But the OTP doesn’t want to type at all no matter what, this is ridiculous after spending 3-4 hours at the bank itself trying to open an account and bad service. Same goes with most banks in this country

Frequently from time to other, I used to open it smoothly. Since 2 days, although it access the account (got SMS)but the app gives an error and closes it and asks to try again?!! *on iOS.
