How to fix TradeZero app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TradeZero app on iPhone
Update TradeZero app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TradeZero iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TradeZero on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TradeZero network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TradeZero Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TradeZero not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TradeZero App
1. On android, goto Settings » TradeZero » click [Force Stop]

Update TradeZero to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TradeZero App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TradeZero » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TradeZero.

Fix TradeZero unable to contact server/ TradeZero internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TradeZero » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TradeZero » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TradeZero
