This broker seems like an excellent option based off their low locate costs and no commissions but if you are an active trader with over 25k run as fast as you can from this broker. They work well 90% of the time and that sounds pretty good, right? Well the 10% of the time this broker doesn’t work well are the days when the best plays happen. No locates. Wake at open of premarket and request locates for hours only to hear “rejected” thousands of times. Today I woke up at 2am to try to get shares for a recent runner up 1500%. I tried for 3.5 hours before I finally got locates at an absurd cost. Please keep in mind the stock dropped over 25% the entire time I requested locates. This is not the first time this has happened either. Sometimes the platform will crash during regular market hours causing you to be unable to buy, short, or close any positions. I have lost over 5k in on day due to this problem only to hear “we cannot be held liable”. More of the story is please for your own good use a reliable broker like cobra trading or centerpoint securities. I’ve used both brokers and I always get locates and have never had any issues with them even while traveling abroad. The amount of unrealized gains I have lost due to this broker make me want to puke. I could be driving a lambo but thanks to trade zero I do not.

They are charging a lot higher fees as compared to other brokers and you can’t hold your position overnight because they charge 4x rate eg if you short 100 share of a stock with $15 price they have charge $1 per share hard to borrow fees and if you hold overnight you have to pay $500 aa hard to borrow fees. To break even your stock has to fall $5 in value. So no way to carry your short position and you have to forcefully close your position. You guys are ripping your customers. No other broker charge 4x fees for overnight position.

As a trader I don’t always get the option to check my portfolio and see how the stock market is doing. But this app offers that for me and I’m able to make trades with the NYSE at any given moment in the day. Absolutely love it! 10/10 recommend

TradeZero is way too basic and have glitches. Many times you can’t actually see the order you placed on desktop which means you can’t cancel or modify the order. TradeZero couldn’t connect to the market correctly sometimes and your profile shows a huge gain or loss. Very unprofessional and misleading.

Super buggy and I haven’t seen one chart yet, online version doesn’t show a single chart and when I get to the zero free thing it asks for my id and password and says it’s wrong when I use my this app login I downloaded TradeZero and it says my password or login is wrong even though I signed up online

If you can weather through, than I will believe

I have tried in many ways to try to cancel the pending orders I have, but I can't do this on TradeZero unless I have to go home or use a desktop to get to my canceled orders. This needs to be fixed. Very annoying.

App needs serious improvement. Charts need to be better . App is pretty much useless on its own .

Closed my position without me knowing and locked my account. Lost over 27,000$. If they wouldn’t of closed me out would of been green by end of day. They can careless about you. There fees are outrageous as well. Super high

Will sell shares if you balance drops below $2000. Started with $2500, market dropped so they sold shares I owned at a loss to keep my equity over $2000. First time I’ve ever sold a share and it wasn’t even my choice! 💎🤲

Every other limit order TradeZero will drop your limit order by 1 cent and I have missed trades due to stocks not hitting my lowered limit order Very frustrating!!

App is very buggy. Watchlist needs to be repopulated every time you enter TradeZero . Charts are archaic. Can’t say I would trust TradeZero to make trades. Please update it!

I’m getting an error when trying to login from my iPhone, although I can login from my computer.

Watchlist crashes all the time and it’s blank. each time i have to rebuild it. 🙃

Expanding the definition of bush league. I can’t log in to my account. Only time will tell how long it takes to unravel this mess.

If the functions were working properly, such as being able to see the daily real time charts, and just the overall slowness of TradeZero you guys would be killing it. If you made it more like TOS man I’d use TradeZero all the time but I’m just to afraid to place an order or anything from TradeZero because it still has bugs. Hopefully you guys fix them. Nice concept but with all the revenue you guys bring in you’d think TradeZero would be A1.

Shut down for no reason so you can watch you money drain away

Always crash when I locate stock.

The new update that came out yesterday keeps crashing when you want to locate shares or short sell! Plz fix it! Not happy!

After inputting all my personal info it won’t let me complete the registration. Please help!

This is the worst app ever. Doesn’t even give you an accurate reading of your account.
