Follow these steps to resolve intermittent PrimeXBT app issues:

Force Stop the PrimeXBT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click PrimeXBT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update PrimeXBT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear PrimeXBT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "PrimeXBT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch PrimeXBT.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click PrimeXBT » "Force Stop".

Again, got PrimeXBT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
