[Solved] I can not open my time4care program
brings me to a blank page with no words
Time4Care app keeps stopping when opening.
No internet connection
Log in failure after app update today, says I'm not in the US, but I'm in NY! Can't clock in.

App says my correct password is incorrect and when I go to "forgot my password" I get an error msg

The app is stuck in zoom mode
The app is blown up on my screen. It’s like it’s stuck in focus mode. Deleted and restored app.
When trying to clock out I got a message that Consumer Budget error not approved and to edit or save. Not sure what to do so I saved. Just want to be sure to get paid.
When my aid tries to put in her time, it says no available services for this consumer. It won’t let us start the clock or anything. I am the participant what is going on thank you Brandie Hicks.
I am the EOR and my family member lives near a naval base. For this reason service is very spotty. The majority of time the app isn't working. It continue to say loading. We have two caregivers. One has problems sometime but the other has problems most of the time. I've checked the other options and neither work for our situation. Is there a solution for this problem or do I need to let everyone go?
The app hasn’t worked tight since the last two me it was updated. I can’t get the percentage past 35 it seems to be stuck.

It is not working. I can not log in or log out. This has been going on for days!
When I tried to log in, this morning, the APP closed with a message that said " Time4care has a bug" It said to try again after the bug was removed. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled and it still will not open. I even tried installing it on my son's phone but it will not download.

My account was closed because there too many incorrect logins, So I was instructed to God to, I forgot my password link to reset my password, but that is not working. I need to into my account to verify and approve my employees work hours..
It’s been clocking me in without my authorization a 12am and by the time I wake up to do my time and clock in it already has 8hrs in the system that I did not put in on my on.
