I have a free clear pass account through King Event at the Golden one stadium , Free voucher given at all events.I am a employee . I think the status show a different stadium not scanning correctly... Request problem fix..

How to fix CLEAR Pass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CLEAR Pass app on iPhone
Update CLEAR Pass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CLEAR Pass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CLEAR Pass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CLEAR Pass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CLEAR Pass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CLEAR Pass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CLEAR Pass App
1. On android, goto Settings » CLEAR Pass » click [Force Stop]

Update CLEAR Pass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CLEAR Pass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CLEAR Pass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CLEAR Pass.

Fix CLEAR Pass unable to contact server/ CLEAR Pass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CLEAR Pass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CLEAR Pass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CLEAR Pass
