Won’t submit your forms

CLEARPass won’t actually submit your form. It will allow you to enter your passport, fill out the form, take your photo but then times out each time you try to submit. I made sure I had internet and other things were working perfectly over lte but this wouldn’t work at all. Mobile passport then worked flawlessly. Avoid this for it is worthless.

Filled out all my details and it would not submit. Kept saying I should wait a couple minutes. Tried it for 30 minutes and finally reverted back to using mobile passport.

You get “oops something went wrong” or “timed out” and nothing else. Nice idea, would be better if it actually worked.

I just went through customs at LAX. This is app is not used. You just take off your mask and they use facial recognition. You don’t even need to use your passport anymore.

Flew in to ATL- they do not have Clear Pass even though CLEARPass has it as an option.

Good app for what it does but it can’t be used with global entry - it’s a fast pass for the slow line.

This is a great new FREE alternative to the Mobile Passport Control app. It does for free the same thing that MPC app now charges money for: to scan your passport and to store your traveler profile.
