J’ai commandé un album de bts , ça fait deux semaines que ça me marque « shipping soon » il n’a toujours pas été envoyé , je commence à me demander si je vais le recevoir un jour 😐 ça à l’air d’être une belle arnaque 😒

I ordered my Army membership in March 9 and I received it in January 27 the year after.
As a veteran Army I will tell you my journey to received my member kit.

I bought the Army member kit in March in forecast the concerts of the boys but Covid appeared and I forgot my package. But in September I contacted Weverse for asking if they send my package or not, and they answered me that they will tell some ppl about my request and no signs… until December. I received an email telling me that all the stuff purchased from January to March will be shipped starting from the middle of December. Finally at the end of January as a miracle I received the Army kit.

I live in France so I can understand that it can takes time to transport but I think 10 months is totally abuse. And we don’t talk enough about the export which are exponential and the customer service almost nonexistent until the package has been sent. (Luckily the delivery service made an amazing job in 2 weeks I received my stuff).

I’m so disappointed against Weverse and Bighit, we ruin ourself to buy high quality merchandizing and this is how they treat ourself; I won’t try to buy physical things in Weverse Shop again.

Ne commandez pas sur wewerse! Sauf si vous vous voulez vous faire arnaquer et perdre votre argent c’est pas des humains c’est des voleurs!!!

Non seulement les frais d’expedition sont exorbitants mais en plus il vous faut rajouter des frais de douane...
Cela fait un lightstick à 80€ !!!

En ce qui concerne les produits proposés, je n’ai rien à redire. Juste excellent et nous avons de belles surprises. Cependant, vous devriez ajouter plus de moyens d’expédition, ceux-ci étant très restreint, les prix d’expédition sont excessifs et nous avons des frais supplémentaires de douane qui le sont tout autant. Je conseillerais aussi de réserver les articles dans le panier un temps limité, le temps que l’acheteur puisse régler sa commande. Je me suis retrouvé plusieurs fois à ne pas pouvoir commander car ce qu’il y avait dans mon panier est devenu en rupture de stock le temps que je paye.

Bonjour je voudrais pouvoir acheter un produit sur Weverse shop mais je ne trouve pas du tout comment faire habitant en France. Y’a t il un moyen pour payer en paypal? Merci de votre aide

Je me suis achetée le membership pour pouvoir commander quelques articles BTS sauf qu’aucun envoie n’est effectué vers la France. Je ne sais même pas si je vais recevoir mon Kit. Très dommage surtout pour les prix abordables. J’ai quand même accès à d’autre options avec mon membership mais la boutique n’envoie rien vers la france. J’espère qu’ils vont rectifier les choses.

C’est une très bonne appli étant une ARMY je recommande beaucoup, malgré que les envois vers la France aient été restreint a cause du CoVid-19 ce qui a été signalé à plusieurs reprise par la plateforme, soyez patients, i purple u 💜

The app and products are great the only problem is the price of international shipping. The original price to ship my lightstick was 20$ (around that amount), which in itself is expensive but they use DHL a company that has ridiculously high custom prices. Basically at the end of the day instead of paying ~30$ i paid ~80$.
Sorry for any price errors im in Europe so im not used to dollars.
Note : im in France so this may vary from country to country.

Please update your shipping methods. EMS is always with fees while there is more options (even tracked, K-Packet for example)
