Wäre gut wenn man auch in € bezahlen könnte

Die Versandkosten sind fast so teuer wie die Ware, und es dauert Monate bis sie es endlich losschicken

I ordered my package about 2 weeks ago. 2 days ago I got a message saying my order will arrive today but I’m still waiting. My order details in the Weverse Shop app won’t update and it still says the package will be shipping soon when it’s already shipped out. Because of that I ain’t got a Tracking number so I have no Idea where my package is at the moment. I already paid and it’s a good amount of Money. Please update the order details.

Also I just wanted to say I already ordered once at Weverse shop and there weren’t any problems except for the high taxes and shipping fee.

Because Weverse puts the wrong labeling on the package (they Dont put the information how much the shipping fee is) you pay in germany way too much for the customs and because Weverse didn’t send any update about the tracking number and I can’t „proof“ that I only paid that much for my package and now I have to pay way too much for my package. Weverse was multiple times informed about this from german customers but they just don’t care.

The items and all are great.

But why do I have to pay almost 30€ for shipping and have to wait up to 2-4 months until it arrives?? Isn’t there anyway to lower the shipping cost? 10€ are usually the PREMIUM shipping prices at other online shops. It’s just very confusing.

Shipping internationally is very pricey - other than that pretty good

The app is amazing ! But I live in Europe and i want to buy anything here in the Weverse Shop but I can’t buy with euros .can y’all change that ?

I’ve got into Seventeen around last year, and I notice you did sell and old Seventeen albums.. I would really love to get the An Ode albums, and I bet new Carats who got into the fandom/group would like to buy some too..

the app itself is nice, structured and easy to navigate. the shop is okay.

the items need better quality control, and if not that a 10x better customer service. they don't seem to understand what you want and send copy+paste answers to important questions.

annoying that there isn't a list of shipping prices, and if asked about they don't send you one. definitely feel like they are overpricing international shipping a lot. a loooot.

You can‘t order more than one thing and have to pay a lot more shipping chosts. And I can‘t contact support because nothing is working =( Really annoying and disappointing.

I registered the shop of my favorite group only but still i keep getting notifications about BT* goods, it’s really uncomfortable!!

Everything is sold out under 1min. It’s impossible to buy a merch product :((

I‘m writing this because some of you guys think you can‘t pay with Euros.
Sooo You can pay with European money but only if you have paypal because if you take the order and you pay with paypal then they will exchange the currency.
And also they can ship to germany so don‘t worry!

Ich schreibe das weil manche von euch denken das man nicht mit euros bezahlen kann.
Also Ihr könnt mit Euros bezahlen aber nur wenn ihr paypal habt und wenn ihr dort etwas bestellt und mit paypal bezahlt dann werden sie die Währung ändern.
Und Sie verschicken Sachen nach Deutschlad also keine Sorge!

So I was going through weverse shop to maybe buy things and then I thought why not the SE armybomb! So I was searching on “merch” when I found it, but there it said “sold out”. Three months later still sold out so please restock the products! And another thing, I can’t find girl group things! Thank u!

Etwas unübersichtlich... ich warte knapp 2 Monate schon auf das Kit von BTS.

The app is really well structured, but you can only use Paypal to bux things and not for example Pay via card payment such as Mastercard. For this reason the app is unusable for me.

Deutsch:
WeverseShop ist ansich echt gut aufgebaut, jedoch kann man nur Sachen über Paypal und nicht z. B. über Kartenzahlung wie Mastercard bezahlen. Aus diesem Grund ist WeverseShop für mich unbrauchbar.

I’d really like to buy something but i can’t because i doesn’t ship to my region ( Europe, Germany ) which makes me a little upset because i want to support Bts or the other groups. Also if you want to buy the membership the shipping itself cost more than the actual thing you ordered. But in general i really like the idea behind this app. You have everything you can buy form one specific group right there. So in summary the app is quite good but if it would ship to Europe too it’d be even better

I am seriously very sad! I attended to the concert in Berlin Germany 2018 and got a BTS WORLD TOUR survey! when I wanted to scan the survey a had to fill out a from and in the form was said "which concert have you attended" I was about to look for BERLIN but there was no Berlin.. please make a backup and update this app to a better version where you can click older concert

The shop works fine, but I need to delete and re-install the app every time I want to open it, because I keep gettin logged out automatically and can’t log in again before I re-install the app. Please fix that bug!

I love bts they can take all my money and I’d be happy about it.
