The app is used to set up and configurate the physical Sofabaton remote. The app
uses Bluetooth signal to communicate with the Sofabaton remote control, giving
access to the full database of IR code for home entertainment devices, such as
TV's, SoundBar's, DVD's, etc.

Just purchased Sofabaton X1. When directed to create account I did so and am repeatedly told the account is not verified.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SofaBaton app issues:

Force Stop the SofaBaton App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SofaBaton app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SofaBaton to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SofaBaton App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SofaBaton app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SofaBaton.
