I have a problem with READsquared

User reports:
No current problems

- The login screen is confusing with the library card number labeled as "username" and the PIN labeled as "password."

- The app does not remember past books entered, requiring users to retype all information.

- The app has 15 different icons on the side panel, none of which stand out from the others.

- The app takes longer to record books than it does to read them.

- The scanner option only works on 1 out of every 5 books and requires multiple attempts to get the right angle.

- The app has functionality issues, such as the colored square game not starting and buttons overlapping on the crossword puzzle game.

- The app is not user-friendly and has limited points that can be tracked per day without clear guidelines on how many minutes each point represents.

- The app has a field to enter the title of the book and a separate field to enter the author's name, which is redundant.

To resolve READsquared network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the READsquared App
1. On android, goto Settings » READsquared » click [Force Stop]

Clear READsquared App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » READsquared » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart READsquared.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click READsquared » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto READsquared » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
