Please fix the app. App is crashing and can’t connect to the internet while using it. Cannot purchase any tickets

My streak was lost though I have logged every day. I had 247 days and now it’s back to 1 even thought there is an entry for every day

To resolve Breeze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Breeze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Breeze » click [Force Stop]

Clear Breeze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Breeze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Breeze.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Breeze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Breeze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Breeze
