How to fix Wisdo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Wisdo app on iPhone
Update Wisdo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Wisdo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Wisdo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Wisdo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Wisdo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Wisdo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Wisdo App
1. On android, goto Settings » Wisdo » click [Force Stop]

Update Wisdo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Wisdo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Wisdo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Wisdo.

Fix Wisdo unable to contact server/ Wisdo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Wisdo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Wisdo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
