How to fix FitMind app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FitMind app on iPhone
Update FitMind app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FitMind iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FitMind on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FitMind network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FitMind Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FitMind not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FitMind App
1. On android, goto Settings » FitMind » click [Force Stop]

Update FitMind to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FitMind App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FitMind » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FitMind.

Fix FitMind unable to contact server/ FitMind internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FitMind » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FitMind » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FitMind
