The app is not working
It keeps saying something is wrong try in 15 minutes
I basically spent the whole day trying to reach customer service by phone and email. The night before I fell down the stairs and was in the ER for a few hours from 5:00a.m. till 9:00. I'm barely able to walk on a walker and I cannot drive. Therefore I cannot keep my reservation tomorrow July 24th. Would I be able to change that to Wednesday July 27th to Aug 1? Without extra fees would be ideal. I sent an email with the copy and closed from Augusta healthcare ER and then I saw that it was a non reply. I searched and searched for an email to send to you to know about. I so hope that you read this email and can answer me soon. Thank you, Mary
