I downloaded the app to my Android phone, but it does not open, just get the circle spinning around. Can't use.
Same problem as above. Wouldn't load so I Uninstaller and reinstalled and now when I try to sign in, it says:" forbidden"
Used to use the app no problem, now it will no longer load, the background comes up but just circles, circles, can't get it started. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it. Can't sign in, just keep getting a "forbidden" message, even if I try to reset the password. I use an Android device. Thank you.

I have repeatedly tried to add a credit card to my new account. I keep seeing the error message: "Sorry, we're having a problem adding your card at this time. Please try again later." I've tried now with two different cards.
Every single time it tells me my payment is not valid or won’t go through. It typically does after the second or third try, but tonight I can’t use the app at all.
Cannot create an account as my email address is rejected, WHY
