How to fix VPN.lat app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VPN.lat app on iPhone
Update VPN.lat app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VPN.lat iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VPN.lat on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VPN.lat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VPN.lat Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VPN.lat not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VPN.lat App
1. On android, goto Settings » VPN.lat » click [Force Stop]

Update VPN.lat to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VPN.lat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VPN.lat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VPN.lat.

Fix VPN.lat unable to contact server/ VPN.lat internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VPN.lat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VPN.lat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
