As a healthcare administrator, I’ve seen my share of apps varying in terms of user experience. Northwell Health app was an ease to set up and has a great user interface clearly with the end-user in mind. I also found the level of security to be high and feel that my health information will remain protected. I can already envision how NorthwellHealth can be used to improve the patient experience both in-person and for patients at home. Great job to all who worked on NorthwellHealth!

That app makes paying my bills much more convenient, looking at my upcoming Appts so easy I don’t have to call up to figure out what day and time my appointment is , and I can look at my medical records on here and feel safe and secure that no one other than me will see them!! Everyone who goes to the drs often or has several appointments like me you need NorthwellHealth and NorthwellHealth helps and is super easy to use!

Although there is an interface to create an account within NorthwellHealth , I cannot create an account: after entering the personal info and click the create button, nothing happens, no error message, no warning, no nothin. Bad interface design.

I had to go to my computer to create the account. Then I can log in from NorthwellHealth to verify and use NorthwellHealth .

There should be a warning message that account creation is not working in NorthwellHealth .

I can view all of my upcoming and past appointments as well as find the nearest urgent care center and see what the wait times are. This is very helpful! I can search for new doctors and view their ratings and comments. It's helped me find new doctors for my family. It seemlessly meshes with the Follow My Health app so it seems like I'm only in one app. Love it!!

My healthcare journey just became a lot more seamless. Now I can search for care, pay bills, and gain secure access to my personal healthcare information from a single location. Brilliant! I’m looking forward to future iterations of NorthwellHealth and how it folds in new features and functions.

Absolutely needed. From profile information to my upcoming appointments, NorthwellHealth captured all the relevant information for me as a patient! Definitely a must have to keep me on track with my health! I also love the articles they post, it contains lots of great information about wellness! Love this application!

I love that I can book with my doctor on NorthwellHealth and attend virtual visits! It’s great seeing all of my Northwell appointments in one place and very helpful to reference my past appointments when I need to. This was a much needed app!!

It took too long to create an account because NorthwellHealth got stuck at confirm mobile “via text.” I waited several minutes and NorthwellHealth didn’t send the text. I asked to send another text, same result. Two texts finally came in back to back after 30 minutes, by which time they had expired and I had to have it send another text. Maddening.

Finally I can see my appointments, access my medical records and prescriptions, see test results and find care in a simple app on my phone. Understand and paying my bill is easy. And it work! Bravo northwell health!

It was very nice to search for a Dr that accepts my medical insurance and specializes in Orthopaedic Surgery in my area.
I also like having the ability to view previous appointments I have had with Northwell Doctors.

My husband and I recently moved, and NorthwellHealth makes it easy for us to find doctors in our area! I love that this has everything in one place.

NorthwellHealth is very easy to use. Very convenient to view my appointments, book and appointment, search for doctors, pay a bill, etc.

I can find care, see and manage my appointments, pay bills, and more with this amazing app. Great job, Northwell! Thank you for being a leader in simplifying health care.

Downloaded NorthwellHealth , installed it then went through the sign up process. Go to log in and it asks to verify who I am through one of the credit reporting agencies but states it is not a credit check. Hit CONTINUE and it whirls and whirls. Finally it says it cannot verify who I am.

I love being able to see all of my past and upcoming appointments in one easy view.

I love that I can pay bills and find a doctor right from my phone.

What a joke app. There is no content for patients other than appointments and bill pay.
What about something of worth, like TEST AND LAB RESULTS.

Don’t waste your time with NorthwellHealth as it’s not worth ur time.

What a crappy app! What is the point of this?? You can’t link doctors or practices, can’t request or read lab results CUZ THEYRE NOT THERE, no way to request them, they don’t even have my last appointment on there. Why even bother with this? Throw away the whole app!!

So helpful to see all my health info on one app!

I enter all the information to create an account. I get to the bottom of the screen, but the Press Enter box doesn’t work. I checked all my info, and NorthwellHealth is not indicating that anything is wrong. I’m at a loss.

I’m loving the Northwell app! It makes managing my healthcare super easy and efficient. I can easily search for providers near me, pay my bills and so much more. Can’t wait to see the new features they roll out next!

So refreshing to have a healthcare app that actually looks good and is easy to use. All my info is in one place. Looks like some features are still to come, but they nailed the basics.

Intuitive. Info easily accessible and clear.
