Account Creation Issues

It took too long to create an account because the app got stuck at confirm mobile “via text.” I waited several minutes and the app didn’t send the text. I asked to send another text, same result. Two texts finally came in back to back after 30 minutes, by which time they had expired and I had to have it send another text. Maddening.
Worst app ever

Downloaded the app, installed it then went through the sign up process. Go to log in and it asks to verify who I am through one of the credit reporting agencies but states it is not a credit check. Hit CONTINUE and it whirls and whirls. Finally it says it cannot verify who I am.

What a crappy app! What is the point of this?? You can’t link doctors or practices, can’t request or read lab results CUZ THEYRE NOT THERE, no way to request them, they don’t even have my last appointment on there. Why even bother with this? Throw away the whole app!!
