This is getting two stars only for the fact that once it does work....if it’s working... it works very well. Worst offender is the random errors it has that after refuses to accept Face ID because of this bs I’ve had to reset my password multiple times after being locked out only to be greeted with multiple “can not use the same password as your previous 10 passwords.” Second is the barrage of “helpful” screens I have to constantly skip and ignore that...wait for it..reset after adding a new password and reenabling Face ID. Get someone new to fix this steaming pile.

BankandGo stinks. I find myself constantly deleting and reinstalling BankandGo. I never had this problem with previous app.

My app wouldn’t open,nor would it allow me to delete it from my iPhone, with an error of 0014, and when I called in, the kind and respectful person that answered the phone could not get any of the geeks to come to the phone; they were throwing up questions that I had all the answers for but did not want to speak to the customer directly. I was told they would call me tomorrow since it was only 20 minutes until they “closed“.
I guess this is just the world we live in, regardless of how much “customer service“ is promised by the banking institutions that use BANK AND AGO :-(

Ever since the annoying update, I haven't been able to login at all. I have to go to a browser (and that involves typing in ALL of the information now. I used to be able to auto input the login info). But now when I attempt to login, it gives me the option of having to receive a text or answer security questions. Regardless of the choice, it always says that it's "unable to process my request at this time", so I uninstalled and reinstalled BankandGo to come to the same conclusion. It's quite frustrating, and VERY inconvenient.

Great app! It is very user friendly. My accounts are clearly displayed and it makes transfers and mobile deposits quick and easy!

I love being able to pay bills on the go. The Zelle feature is great, too, for instant funds transfers to another person.

This is the worst banking app ever. The Touch ID doesn’t work, it locks the user out with no explanation, the customer service “Help” line is non-working, and the bank phone number is only answered M-F during business hours. Too bad if you need access to your money at any other time than that, I guess.

There were some issues but is working well now!!!

It’s sooooo annoying and aggravating each time you go to sign in, it tells you that “authentication is required” therefore having to re-sign in with name and password then you have to enable Face ID just to check a balance. Please update or get rid of it.

This bank changes banking app to much. It’s not just a simple up date. You have to use a completely new app! It’s a shame cause the local staff is amazing.

I constantly have to delete and reinstall BankandGo because it won’t let me sign in after a few months. Terrible.

BankandGo is far inferior to BankandGo it replaced. Constant login issues. If you’re not going to accept biometric logins, don’t offer it in the initial set up. Very frustrating.

Something has happened with that app. It takes forever to get logged in and sometimes throws authentication error. Need to fix ASAP.

The convenience of BankandGo is horrible I’m having the same login issues as everybody else??? Not to mention the layout of BankandGo was poorly designed.

Point of sale is the best you can do? I want to see where my transactions were made like the last app. Fix this soon please or I’m out.

BankandGo honestly gives me more and more of a reason to want to switch banks

Worst online service ever. Always wants me to reset password. Online bank has something wrong with it always.

Crashes constantly

Used to be able to see the last 4of the acct number. Now, nada.

What’s the point of having BankandGo if u can’t even login??
