My app wouldn’t open,nor would it allow me to delete it from my iPhone, with an error of 0014, and when I called in, the kind and respectful person that answered the phone could not get any of the geeks to come to the phone; they were throwing up questions that I had all the answers for but did not want to speak to the customer directly. I was told they would call me tomorrow since it was only 20 minutes until they “closed“.
I guess this is just the world we live in, regardless of how much “customer service“ is promised by the banking institutions that use BANK AND AGO :-(

Ever since the annoying update, I haven't been able to login at all. I have to go to a browser (and that involves typing in ALL of the information now. I used to be able to auto input the login info). But now when I attempt to login, it gives me the option of having to receive a text or answer security questions. Regardless of the choice, it always says that it's "unable to process my request at this time", so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to come to the same conclusion. It's quite frustrating, and VERY inconvenient.

This is the worst banking app ever. The Touch ID doesn’t work, it locks the user out with no explanation, the customer service “Help” line is non-working, and the bank phone number is only answered M-F during business hours. Too bad if you need access to your money at any other time than that, I guess.
