I installed dollifu on my phone and laptop, and it works just fine on my laptop but my phone keeps bringing me to a white screen and won't load 😢

I have downloaded Dollify APK app and every time I open it, the screen turns black. I have also deleted my search history and cleared my cache. And I've restarted my Amazon Kindle Fire tablet a million. if there's a solution, please let me know. Thank you!

I can't open the app, it opens and then turns off, or black or white screen, nothing. I payed for it so I do not dare to instal it again. I deleted cache and restarted the phone. Nothing works. The problem is on 2 androids. Please help? Thanks, Conny

How to fix Dollify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dollify app on iPhone
Update Dollify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dollify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dollify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dollify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dollify Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dollify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dollify App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dollify » click [Force Stop]

Update Dollify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dollify App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dollify » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dollify.

Fix Dollify unable to contact server/ Dollify internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dollify » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dollify » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dollify
