My screen is either black or white which dose not let me play :-( I WANT TO KNOW WHY.....

I installed dollifu on my phone and laptop, and it works just fine on my laptop but my phone keeps bringing me to a white screen and won't load 😢

when I try to buy things like fantasy or pets, it is not letting me buy it. All it says is purchase failed.

I have downloaded Dollify APK app and every time I open it, the screen turns black. I have also deleted my search history and cleared my cache. And I've restarted my Amazon Kindle Fire tablet a million. if there's a solution, please let me know. Thank you!

I can't open the app, it opens and then turns off, or black or white screen, nothing. I payed for it so I do not dare to instal it again. I deleted cache and restarted the phone. Nothing works. The problem is on 2 androids. Please help? Thanks, Conny

Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Dollify app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Dollify app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dollify app on iPhone
Update Dollify app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dollify iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dollify on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dollify network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Dollify not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Dollify app issues:

Force Stop the Dollify App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Dollify app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Dollify to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dollify App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Dollify app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Dollify.

Fix Dollify unable to contact server/ Dollify internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Dollify » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Dollify » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dollify on android.
