How to fix VoiceApp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VoiceApp app on iPhone
Update VoiceApp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VoiceApp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VoiceApp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VoiceApp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

VoiceApp Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix VoiceApp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the VoiceApp App
1. On android, goto Settings » VoiceApp » click [Force Stop]

Update VoiceApp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VoiceApp App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » VoiceApp » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart VoiceApp.

Fix VoiceApp unable to contact server/ VoiceApp internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click VoiceApp » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto VoiceApp » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
