Hi, I have HMSA am trying to create an online account and add my subscriber info. The system is not allowing me to enter my phone number. I try typing 10/24/1983 and it does not accept it. I try just the numbers without the sladh but does not accept it. I am careful to include all four digits of the year. The problem seems to be with the system format for mm/dd/yyyy. When I delete thst and type in my dob it does not allow me. If I don't delete the letters, the letters remain as I type in my dob. it does not accept my answer. I would greatly appreciate help. I've been calling and the call keeps getting dropped. I've been trying to do this for over an hour. Mahalo, Kara Wilber
HMSA require that I change my password. When I do that, I'm able to view my account with the new pw. However, when I log out and later login, the password indicates the authentication code number that was given to me via telephone and not the password that I created. Thus the message says password failure. Even entering the password that was created and accepted failed. I tried numerous times and failed using Microsoft Edge and Mozilla. Need help. Thanks Frank
