YourDoctors - Online Doctor Reviews

YourDoctors was a very quick and efficient way to take care of my medical anxieties. I had a recent scare with a possible Tetanus infection. There was not a lot of answers I could find online for my specific case, so I went to look for a real chatroom, and happened on YourDoctors.

The prices are a bit steep for average app fees, but definitely not as steep as going to urgent care in the USA. Additionally, it took not even 20 minutes to chat with a real doctor instead of possibly being put on hold for hours on end with other 24 hour services. With quick, efficient, and good advice, the session was over with what to look for and what to keep doing. Additionally, theres a free 3 day trial to make sure that this service is right for you. A perfect amount of time to get quick service when you need for a first time. They also have different plans for perhaps more chronic issues or, like me, getting service for a once in a while medical inquiry.

Additionally, YourDoctors features other handy tools such as a way to track vaccinations as well as view past chats. I haven’t explored to many of the features deeply, but it’s nice to see a logging feature on a medical app like this.

Obviously not a replacement for the ER, but a great app to turn to for more urgent and primary care type questions, especially with Covid19 making going to the doctor less of a chore and more of a gamble.

YourDoctors is a scam. I used YourDoctors based on some fake reviews I read here in YourDoctors Store and online and the fact that I have used a real online doctor app before. Now, as for the SCAM? First…You’ll notice when you speak to a “doctor” that they literally just give you a copy and paste of what your problems could be from WebMD’s website. After that, they’ll say they’ll give you a prescription for your needs. Mine happened to be $19. They asked for which pharmacy I’d like to receive my meds at, and proof (picture) of my ID. Then, they’ll send a link (this link will have no actual proof of anything just a link for standard payment) once paid, I didn’t receive any follow up about my meds. I waited 24hrs and went to cvs to get it and nothing was there. I contacted a doctor via YourDoctors again, and they said I should receive an email when it’s been sent to the pharmacy. After 3 days of back and fourth with CVS (mind you, the free trial is 3 days) it was confirmed that no prescription was sent. Nor was one on the way. They also confirmed that doctors nor hospitals can verify when you’re prescription is ready for pick up. Only the actual pharmacy can do that. In short? Save your time, headache, and overall money. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Dr. Syeda Sabita is absolutely wonderful! I connected with her in the chat and she answered all of my questions and concerns within a very short amount of time! I felt really relieved to know that I didn’t have to set appointments to my local hospitals and probably waste my time and money because I was unsure of what I even had. However I found YourDoctors by searching on google for answers until I found YourDoctors and it seemed skeptical but turns out it wasn’t! You do have to pay 20$ to talk with a Doctor but don’t worry! I got everything I needed to know about my issues in a short amount of time so it was well worth it! I would’ve spent hundreds of dollars by going to hospitals and talking with different doctors. Again I’m really glad I decided to check YourDoctors out trust me it really is wonderful! Thank you again Dr. Syeda Sabita!

I was originally planning on making this a 5-star review, unfortunately I am here forced to produce a 1-star review. I had used the free trial they offer to consult with a doctor when I had been sick for awhile and couldn’t get ahold of my primary physician for another couple days. I spoke with Dr. Ashia Maheen about some gastrointestinal issues I was experiencing at the time and she offered the same advice that the internet provided (what else could she really do to be honest). She wanted to schedule a follow-up with me a few days later, however I explained that I would no longer have access to my trial at that time. She assured me that she would start the chat for the follow-up appointment. I was satisfied with our conversation and happy to hear she was willing to have a follow up with me without making me pay. She suggested I produce a 5-star review for her service which I would have been willing to do if the follow up had happened. When it came time for my follow up appointment I never received a message from her. I feel like I was played to give YourDoctors a 5-star review by being promised an appointment that was never going to happen.

I have horrible anxiety and OCD when it comes to medications and mixing them. It’s 3am, and of course I wake up worried. Even though my primary doctor verified I can mix the two, my OCD convinces my brain that the dr never said that. All pharmacies by me are closed due to it being 3am and no answers on google are giving me the answer i’m looking for. So I see if there’s an app where I can speak w a doctor for free or a one time small payment. In this case it was a 30$ payment, I didnt see if it was monthly or not, but I was willing to pay to ease my mind so I can get some rest. I was planning on using the free trial then cancelling but I will be keeping my subscription because of how nice this doctor was and how reassuring. I spoke with Dr Saba Noor. They were so nice and reassuring. Thank you!

I have a list of doctors that i think are great but i had this one doctor today he was terrible he was more so worried about his shift being over rather than trying to help me which is frustrating his name is DR. Fariah Hanif //// but the other doc he transferred me over to after his shift DR. Shurooq Fatima helped me immediately other doctors I love on YourDoctors are DR. Hina Abdul Razzaq , DR. Uzma Qazi & DR. Areeba Shamsi they were great and they helped me they seem like they cared and actually wanted to help //// DR. Fariah Hanif on the other hand TERRIBLE i could tell he didn’t want to help from the beginning and then he said my shift is over i’m going to transfer you 😕 all i could say was wow wow wow… But other than that this is a great app i don’t have insurance yet and they were able to proscribe me meds that i need to my nearest pharmacy i suggest YourDoctors if you don’t have insurance yet. it doesn’t cost that much.

Do NOT use unless you’d like a rude doctor who doesn’t listen to what you have to say. If I had followed the “doctor’s” advice, I could be dead right now.

Downloaded YourDoctors as I had been having stomach issues for well over a week, to include pain near my belly button and lower abdomen. I was hesitant to try to schedule an appointment with my regular doctor due to the current pandemic.
The doctor that I chatted with insisted that I had a case of the stomach flu. Did not bother to read that I had been experiencing the issues for over a week, which is beyond the duration of a stomach flu. I ended the chat when I realized that she was too dense to actually listen to what I was saying. I emailed my real doctor to see if I should come in or wait it out. He called me immediately and told me to go to the ER ASAP.
Turns out that I had appendicitis and that my appendix was ready to rupture. I was prepped for emergency surgery and had the appendix removed. If I had listened to the “doctor” on YourDoctors, my appendix would have ruptured and I could have died.

I got up really in the morning to start working but was half asleep around 4:30am and dropped my computer onto my foot from a breakfast bar height by pulling on a cord and it fell just right, with the corner hitting my joint- It instantly swelled up to an egg++ size, and my husband wanted to go to ER thinking I broke it- contacting a doctor here gave us both the piece of mind to move forward with at-home care and the advice offered was great! Swelling diminished significantly after care recommendations, and the follow ups were so easy and flexible to my schedule with 24/7 care- first issue before 5am and 2nd follow up nearing 11pm. I’m happy to report my foot is much better, and it didn’t cost us a fortune and long hours waiting at ER to get same advice :)

I made an account on Oct 2 and they charged me $32 and I spoke to 2 doctors they were nice and quick. But after 2 days YourDoctors just wont speak to a doctor. It says I need to buy subscription, even though I already did. They charged me, & I loved there service but all of a sudden the next day I had to follow up with a doctor and when I tried joining her chat it would tell me to pay first, which I already did. Either I want my money back, or re activate my subscription for this month so I can speak to doctors. I have emergency going in my house everyday, I can't leave the house this was very helpful Idk why they would do that. I want my subscription reinstated for a month for the payment I have done, I can provide screenshots and payment verification if the team contacts, but the worse part is they don't have any customer service or any email of phone# for that case so I can contact. they are just invisible.

I’ve had some concerns with my newborns dirty diapers since his pediatrician switched his formula about a month ago. I knew that he needed to adjust but something had been telling me that his formula was the cause. I wanted a professional opinion before switching back. And Dr. Fatima answered any and all of my questions plus some added advice. She was professional and extremely caring and kind towards myself and my concerns. I feel completely at ease now and I’m glad that I was listening to my instincts. Thank you so much and I highly recommend YourDoctors to anyone that needs quick and efficient answers especially when it’s in the middle of the night and everyone is closed.

I decided to give this a shot to seek treatment for PCOS. I read an article on their website about seeking treatment for this condition so thought for sure they’ll help. I downloaded YourDoctors (which worked great), started my free trial and started talking to a doctor. When I explained my issues, she sent me a paragraph (clearly a premade universal response) about how PCOS is incurable (I know this) and to eat healthier. When I responded with how I’m worried about some of my symptoms she said that my symptoms are normal and to have a healthy lifestyle is my only course of action.

I know this to be false. Yes, a healthy lifestyle could help (like a lot of other health conditions) but there’s birth control and other medications that’s helped women with my same symptoms for years. I found the doctor to be dismissive and like she didn’t actually care to treat me. I instantly went and cancelled my subscription and will be seeking medical help from an in-person doctor like I should have to begin with.

First off, let me mention that you can ask questions for FREE! I chose the free-trial and then cancelled the subscription in the Apple subscription settings so it would not auto-renew. It still lets you ask questions for 3 days after you cancel it.

I take Flovent HFA once per day and wanted to know how Alcohol interacts with it, and if it is safe for me to consume it after my daily dose. As soon as I joined the queue, I was 2nd in line! It only took 5 minutes before I received a notification telling me that a doctor was ready to chat. They told me it was fine to take together because there are no interactions between them. Thanks for the information! You were very helpful!

I recently got whiplash (my first time having it) and I had so many questions about my symptoms and what was normal or not normal. I used YourDoctors and the doctor I talked to patiently and kindly answered all of my questions and even helped me set up another appointment to check in and make sure I am healing correctly. Overall I had a really amazing experience and I feel so much calmer and assured after using YourDoctors. In addition there were multiple payment options ranging from monthly to one-time payments. I chose the one-time payment option which was around $32 and it allowed me 1 full day of access to doctors.

This is a really legit app! I had a health issue in the middle of the night and didn’t want to make a trip to the hospital. After hours of searching online for answers and couldn’t seem to find what I was looking for I decided to see if there was an app to talk to doctors directly and cane across YourDoctors. I was reading the reviews to make sure it wasn’t a scam and Seen it was good so I decided to give it a try. Dr Mary jenson helped answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Saved me a trip to the hospital! With the whole covid19 going on i recommend you get YourDoctors if you have any medical questions so you don’t have to go to the hospital!

I spoke with Dr. Tracy and she was so helpful and patient with me because I type super slow and she type superfast which I really like she was able to put things in terms that I would understand and further elaborate on things when I needed a better explanation she was even so kind as to set up a follow up with me so in times of shut down this is very helpful so I don’t have to leave my house when I don’t need to this is a great way to see if you actually need to go see a medical professional in person or is it something that you can just do and help yourself with at home with the help of these lovely doctors

I just want to thank Dr. Fatima Dar on YourDoctors for helping me cure my UTI. I had been struggling for weeks in pain not knowing what was wrong and would have to wait over a month for an appointment at the doctors due to the pandemic. She just asked me a few questions and prescribed me some medicine to the nearest pharmacy around my house and even warned me about side effects and gave me some tips. After 2-3 days, a pain that I had for weeks, was gone!

This was almost a month ago but I’m writing this review now because I wanted to make sure the issue was not going to come back. I’m totally fine and satisfied. Thanks.

As another review states, I was skeptical about a health condition and googled my symptoms but I don’t like to base my decision making about my health on the internet. So I looked up “chat with a doctor” and came across this. IMMEDIATELY was linked with a doctor who was actually responsive in a human manner to my questions and helped me ease my mind about my health. At face value it might seem illegitimate, but after going through vetting and testing the website to my own accord, in my opinion this is a completely helpful and realistic way to get a professional opinion without needing a physical interaction.

While these doctors are in fact real people (I'm 93% sure), they are not remotely the best people you want to go to with your problems. YourDoctors in general is just really sketchy. There are so many more legitimate online doctor services out there. Don't waste your time and money with this. For one, YourDoctors is poorly designed. Its stock photos are all warped, there's a range of fonts used, text often overlaps with other text, there are very little settings or options, and there's no way to delete your account. For another, the doctor sounded rather robotic-y, gave only basic advice, and used many many punctuation, grammar, and spelling errors, which is just not professional. Just find a better option than YourDoctors. I was a bit clueless and hadn't done my research before downloading this.

I downloaded YourDoctors and I must say I was very impressed with the level of concern and help that the doctor provided to me. She was great! She was very informative and gave me great effective feedback as it turns out. The instructions given definitely helped me out alot!! Thank you all so much!! Please continue the good work! I’m pretty sure you all will be of great help to everyone you assist! Oh and I even downloaded a second app to compare and the doctor on the icliniq app gave me little to no help at all, so I definitely would refer others to the use YourDoctors!!

I was a bit skeptical of getting YourDoctors at first, but it proved to be really helpful! The doctor was able to help me very quickly about which type of doctor would be best for me to visit. This saved me a lot of time from going to the wrong doctors, especially during this pandemic! I’m glad I downloaded YourDoctors!
If you’re not sure if you should get YourDoctors or not I’d say try it, it’s better than trying to figure out what to do by yourself.

To the devs I suggest adding an option “not sure/I don’t know” to the required blood type answer.
Also at first my doctor didn’t know I was still in the chat (I was but was still typing) so they closed it out. Also, I wasn’t sure if the doctor had seen my message either as they were also typing. A lot of modern chat features usually show when someone is typing, I’d highly suggest adding this feature!

I was up in the middle of the night worried about a possible medical issue developing. I was doing all kinds of online searches but wasn’t satisfied with what I was finding. I then searched for “online chat with doctor” and found YourDoctors. I was extremely skeptical and figured I would have to pay once installed and I wasn’t prepared to do that as I didn’t know whether this was a legitimate app/service. However, it said I could chat for free immediately. I went ahead and entered my information and question and for some reason, I was lucky enough to be first in line. Dr. Mary Jensen was so helpful. She immediately told me what I could do to address this concern at home (it was the type of issue that genuinely could be dealt with at home, at least initially, and then if that doesn’t work, I suppose I will go in to visit a doctor and get prescription medicine, if required). I can’t tell you how happy and relieved I am. I had that type of anxiety which is acutely heightened at night and I am so grateful to have been able to address this concern immediately. I actually think YourDoctors is worth paying for now, (but the beauty of it is that there is also some service provided for free) and if you are parents of little ones, like I am, it could be really useful, in particular.

I love YourDoctors so much I had favorite doctors on here I used it back in February when I had a sickness and it used to be for free and I could have get in touch with the most accurate professional doctors and now I just downloaded it in case if I needed to ask anything concerning my health and didn’t know YourDoctors fully changed and now I have to pay to just get access to a doctor you guys changed a lot I’m sorry but I love YourDoctors until the new changes started to happen I really wish it was free and it’s for 17 and up... no 17 year old would pay for your service to just ask a question it is ridiculous.

I’ve used YourDoctors a few times to get quick answers. For the most part, doctors connect very quickly and are always willing to help, although I have had issues with a lack of friendliness and also misinformation. For example, one of the doctors told me to get domperidone for my stomach bug to stop the vomiting and claimed it was over the counter, but that is a prescription drug in Canada and is not available in the US. This type of misinformation can have serious consequences, and I hate to see YourDoctors ruined by this major issue.

For someone who has gone to medical school, you’d think these “doctors” would be able to at least use proper grammar and full sentences. Before I even started the chat I gave a full description and the first thing the doctor said to me, not even a greeting, was asking me to describe it more. When I just repeated myself again they asked me to attach a picture, which to do you have to sign up for their trial, or unlock a one day use of the feature for $20. Doctor just kept repeating herself, I had to ask if there was anything I could do for it, gave me the vaguest advice of all time and it didn’t even make sense. Don’t waste your time.

So...I had once simple question for a doctor before I canceled my free trial so they wouldn’t charge me for a subscription. I asked my question and stayed with this doctor the entire time, but her English was horrible. English was obviously not her first language, but she even had random letters in the middle of words, periods and exclamations that were spaced away from the end word...it was just bad. I got my answers, but I was not impressed with this lady. Her spelling was so bad that it looked like she might be drunk or something. That or very uncaring about how she came across. Unprofessional.

It was late at night, not an emergency, so I didn’t want to call my doctor. I did a search for “medical Live Chat help” and YourDoctors came up.
Within seconds, I had a response, seconds after that, someone was there to answer my concerns.

This is the only experience I have had with them, but I will absolutely be coming back and will further review in the future.

Im very satisfied because i was constantly worrying about a medical issue and I wasn’t satisfied with any of the online searching i did so i looked up “ online chat with a doctor “ and im very surprised I didn’t have to pay. The service is fast and i got the exact answers i needed . I highly recommend this to anyone who has a quick or emergency medical question and needs fast results!!!

YourDoctors won’t allow me to cancel my membership or even select to change my membership status and I’ve emailed and called the support several times this week with no reply!! This feels like a scam, don’t purchase!! I will dispute any charges made with my credit card company if they don’t get back to me before my trial has ended. The service was not helpful for me at all and they were able to provide no explanations or solid answers just asking questions already answered! Please get back to me customer service !!!!

All of my questions were answered, I was given medication recommendations, and it was all quick and completely free. My doctor was patient and really listened..they really knew all that was going on with my issue. It al made sense, and I was comforted being told how and when it will heal. (: Get YourDoctors, and get it now.

I had a health concern and had been to a local doctor two weeks ago about it. The condition seemed to be getting worse. Dr Emily James helped to thoroughly accessed the issue and provided great feedback and a plan moving forward. Helped take the guess work and worry out!

Dr. Mary Jensen was very helpful and my situation I was worried and I just described to her medication and what I was suffering and she was immediately helpful and give the right information to which is a big relief but one thing that has to be fixed is the connection because it often glitches

She’s absolutely amazing. I’ve been to the hospital THREE times over my condition and have been given a run around on what’s going on. I literally told her my symptoms and she tells me something that makes more sense that what doctors who actually had physically seen me did. Thank you so much!

Thought I hurt my baby using rectal thermometer, although you do end up having to pay, it is worth being at ease and being able to have peace of mind in the middle of the night. Thank you for your help!

I honestly love YourDoctors, YourDoctors has really helped me with a lot of situations!! And the best thing is that even the free service gives you great and honest feedback!!! As if I was literally talking to my doctor. Love it ❤️. If I can rate it 100 stars I would .

I’m sure many people have had amazing experiences on YourDoctors, but I just had the worst experience. My doctor had A LOT of attitude, awful grammar, and was just overall very rude. I’m suffering from pleurisy and was just asking questions about dealing with pain. I didn’t download YourDoctors to be made fun of and called dramatic. I hope you all make sure you have the right people helping others on YourDoctors!
