I just downloaded this app on my iPhone, but right afterwards, I realized it would be better on my iPad Pro, taking advantage of the larger screen and better graphics. OCTaVIA doesn’t appear to allow you to use it on multiple devices, stingy on the part of the developer. So, I uninstalled it from my phone, and tried to download it onto my iPad Pro. That didn’t work. They still wanted another $4.99.
I contacted this app support three times in the last month, no answer. What gives?
I plan to cancel the yearly renewal. Nice idea, but poor support, and unfair that they don’t warn you that they won’t let you use it on more than one device, unless you buy another subscription.

Paid for the subscription. Images didn’t show up at all in OCTaVIA . Emailed for help. No response. Now the subscription has expired.
